Rob has over 20 years experience in representing companies and individuals in a variety of disputes including contract litigation, employment discrimination, debtor-creditor, criminal, traffic, domestic, juvenile, probate and personal injury. Rob has acted as lead counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials and hearings as well as argued cases in state and federal appellate courts.
Rob is admitted to practice in the state trial and appellate courts of Missouri, the United States District Court – Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court – District of Kansas, the United States Court of Appeals – Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition, Rob represents small and medium sized businesses in their corporate creation and management of their businesses. He has extensive experience in probate matters including guardianships and conservatorships and has represented criminal clients some with serious felony charges. Rob is also routinely appointed to represent children and their parents in juvenile cases and understands the difficulty families have with drug and alcohol addiction and the impact the addictions have on families. Rob also has broad personal experience in managing small and medium sized businesses and is acutely aware of the daily requirements and challenges faced by independent business owners and entrepreneurs.
Rob received his B.S. from Northwest Missouri State University in 1995 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 1998.
